Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at minotconcretecompany.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. Use of the Site does not constitute a contract for services; a separate written agreement governs any work we perform at your property.
Minot Concrete Company is a concrete contractor serving Minot, ND and surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, sidewalk building, foundation work, slab installation, decorative concrete, and related concrete services. This Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact between prospective clients and our company. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of service availability, pricing, or scheduling.
Any pricing information published on this Site is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding quote or offer. Actual project costs depend on site conditions, scope of work, material costs at time of project, and other factors that can only be assessed with an on-site inspection.
A formal written estimate will be provided to you prior to any work beginning. That written estimate governs the agreed scope and price. No work will begin without your written authorization. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in the estimate document.
Project scheduling is subject to weather conditions, permit timelines, and crew availability. Concrete work cannot be performed safely in freezing temperatures or during periods of heavy precipitation. We will communicate scheduling changes as soon as they are known and will work with you to reschedule promptly.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits paid toward a project may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within a time period specified in your written agreement, or if materials have already been ordered or permits have been pulled on your behalf. Specific cancellation terms will be stated in your written project agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project or at milestones specified in the agreement. We accept payment methods as described in your project agreement.
Invoices not paid within the time period specified in the project agreement may be subject to a late fee. If payment is not received and no alternative arrangement has been made, we reserve the right to pursue collection through lawful means, including but not limited to filing a mechanics lien on the property where work was performed, as permitted under North Dakota law.
Any warranty for completed concrete work will be stated in your written project agreement. Warranties are limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions and do not cover damage caused by freeze-thaw cycles beyond reasonable design parameters, improper maintenance, use of deicing chemicals not recommended for concrete, vehicle loads exceeding the designed capacity, or any cause outside the direct control of Minot Concrete Company.
The information on this Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any information on the Site for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minot Concrete Company and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this Site or any information contained on it.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site - not from a separate project agreement - shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability arising from a signed project agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

If you have a dispute with us related to your use of this Site or a project we have performed, please contact us first at hi@minotconcretecompany.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
If informal resolution is not possible, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Minot, ND, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative method. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minot, ND.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
